HG Athletics is operated by A2 GFX INC. Our pieces are made to order. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection or a preference for another color or design.

Please compare the garment measurements in our size guide with a piece you already own before ordering. Check the product, color, size and delivery details before placing your order. Contact us before ordering if you need help.

This final sale policy does not remove your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, not delivered or subject to a refund required by law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Email sales@hgathleticsco.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos when possible. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate remedy, including any remedy required by law.

Please contact us before sending an item back. If a return is needed to resolve the issue, we will confirm the return address, instructions and shipping arrangements directly with you. This process does not limit your legal rights or require you to pay a charge that applicable law requires us to cover.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Order changes and discretionary cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us promptly and we will confirm whether your request can be accommodated. This does not limit any cancellation or refund right required by law.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment window, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. We will obtain consent where required. A required refund for a completely unshipped order includes the shipping charges you paid.

REFUNDS REQUIRED BY LAW

When a refund is due, we will confirm it by email and issue it to the original payment method within the applicable required period. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If you have a question about a refund, contact sales@hgathleticsco.com with your order number.

YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
