Production and shipping

Regular pieces are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before your order ships. Delivery time is additional. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We currently ship within the United States.

Preorders

Preorder pieces have a separate estimated shipping window on their product page. Review that estimate before ordering. If no window is listed, contact HG before placing your order.

Shipping costs

Free U.S. shipping on orders $100+. Below that amount, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

All sales are final

Because each piece is produced for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide for the garment you are buying. Need help with fit? Email sales@hgathleticsco.com before ordering.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email sales@hgathleticsco.com promptly with your order number and photos if available. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law, including for defective or incorrect goods, undelivered orders or shipment delays. See our refund policy.
