HG means Home Grown Athletics. Here is what to expect when you order from our store.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

PRODUCTION COMES FIRST

Regular pieces are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from placing your order for production before your order ships. Carrier transit time is additional. Express shipping speeds up transit only. It does not shorten production time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard shipping: $8 USD, with an estimated transit time of 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
Free Standard shipping: U.S. orders of $100 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Express shipping: $15 USD, with an estimated transit time of 1 to 2 business days after shipment, when available at checkout.

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. The shipping option and total charge are shown before you complete your purchase.

PREORDERS

Preorder pieces have their own estimated shipment window on the product page. That estimate replaces the regular production window for those pieces. Please review it before ordering. If a shipment estimate is missing or unclear, email us before placing your order.

TRACKING AND DELAYS

We email tracking information when your order is on its way. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received the package.

If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. We will obtain consent where required. A required refund for a completely unshipped order includes the shipping charges you paid.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Check your delivery details before ordering. If you spot an error, email sales@hgathleticsco.com promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether the delivery details can still be changed.

If your package is missing, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number so we can review the issue and help resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
