FAQ
Before you order
What does HG stand for?
Home Grown Athletics. Original sportswear rooted in Miami and made for the locals who rep it. Read our story.
Is this official team merchandise?
No. HG Athletics is an independent brand. Our pieces are not official team, league or school merchandise. See the artwork note on each product page.
How do I choose my size?
Tees and fleece have different measurements. Lay a favorite garment flat and compare its chest width and length with the size guide. Want extra room? Use those measurements before choosing one or two sizes up. We go to 4XL for the big homies.
When will my order ship?
For regular pieces, allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before shipping. Delivery time is additional. Tracking arrives by email once your order is on its way. Any preorder has its own estimated shipping window on the product page. Read the shipping and order policy.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We currently ship within the United States. U.S. shipping is free on orders $100+. Below that amount, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final because each piece is produced for your order. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges. Please check the size guide before purchasing. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email sales@hgathleticsco.com promptly with your order number and photos if available. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law, including for defective or incorrect goods, undelivered orders or shipment delays. See our refund policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact HG as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Once production starts, orders cannot be changed. Please do not assume a request has been confirmed until you hear from us.
Will a sold out piece return?
Some pieces may return, depending on the drop. Join our email list or follow @hgathleticsco for release and restock news.
Can I ask about wholesale or custom graphics?
Tell us what you have in mind. Include the type of project, quantity and timing so we can talk through the details.
